“In a van across the parking lot a man watched a screen displaying the take from that camera. He said into his mike, “There she is! In a Blue Ford Focus, turning right, pulling into traffic… now.” One of the chase cars, a nondescript small Chevrolet, pulled out into traffic a block back behind Ell.
