“It was early in the day, but it was still warm enough to drive with an open top. Meagan wore her designer sunglasses and Jonathan had a pair of silver framed wrap-around sunglasses to help block the glare from the early morning sun as they made their way to the airport. Glances from other drivers were abundant whenever traffic slowed. Meagan speculated about the curiosity other drivers had about the occupants of the vehicle. Some were probably wondering if Jonathan was a professional athlete with one of the local teams and if she was his girlfriend or wife.
Finally they arrived at the airport and were led out to the private jet. After they were seated and the aircraft took off, Meagan realized how few people actually got to experience what she had in the span of an hour. The other sensation Meagan felt was the seductive power of exclusivity and it was having an effect on her sensibilities.
