This was VERY interesting! It was super hard to keep everyone straight though, I could have used some color coding, or a chart or something. Also, it was more of a series of anecdotes than a narrative. Quite jumpy! -And it seemed to get worse as the book progressed. Was the author trying to get the book finished before someone beat her to the punch? I'll probably watch the TV production in order to get the right stories with the right women.

I really liked this book. I was obsessed and infatuated with the TV show and then devoured the book. Easy read and skims over all the main points without leaving anything out. Loved the Houston part since I live in Houston. And I've always been infatuated with the 50s and 60s so it was great for that. Might want to read Tom Wolfe's "The Right Stuff" since most of the show is about the Mercury 7 wives and all of the events were a lot easier to understand reading the book.
