"Unseen" brings back Lena Adams and corrects some of the excesses of the author's last few books. "Unseen" is tightly written and well-plotted, interweaving just enough of the internal lives of the characters to give us a sense of who they are rather than just what they do. I was afraid that Ms. Slaughter's series would go the way of Patricia Cornwell's Scarpetta books, but "Unsee...n" sets the series firmly back on the rails. I'm looking forward to reading Ms. Slaughter's new book, which is a stand-alone novel.MoreLess

This book is ok, not great, but it was a good read, It moved quickly which I did enjoy, and the story wasn't very engaging, but it also wasn't overbearing with unnecessary details. I give it a 6 out 10 stars.
